About Sue's experience

Sue joined us as a paraplanner in 2019, bringing a wealth of experience from her previous roles as a financial adviser. With a career in the profession dating back to 1983, she offers unparalleled expertise and insight to our team. Her knowledge of legacy products, pensions and legislation is second to none.

After the financial planner completes the fact-find, Sue jumps into action by building cashflow planning models and analysing the data. Collaborating with the planner, she examines any financial planning needs, identifies potential challenges to goals, and explores the best opportunities to help achieve them.

She works closely with our financial planners to gain a good understanding of our clients’ objectives and attitude to investment risk, which helps her achieve good outcomes for the client, which is what it is all about!

Away from the office

Sue is a mum to two boys, so life is very busy. When she gets time to herself, she is interested in social history and campaigns across various issues such as social justice, peace and global workers’ rights.

She always enjoys reading, tracing her family tree, walking, meeting friends for a good gossip, and sharing food with others.
