About Liz's experience
Liz has worked at Optimum Path since 2008, so she certainly has the knowledge and experience to fulfil her role as a technical administrator.
Liz plays an important role in keeping everything moving as part of the financial planning process. She contacts new clients to e-sign client agreements and does the necessary ID verification checks. Once recommendations are ready to be implemented, Liz liaises with providers to make everything happen as smoothly as possible, updating clients along the way. If information needs to be gathered on existing products held, Liz will send Letters of Authority and liaise with the providers to obtain information as quickly as possible.
Away from the office
Liz shares her home with her husband, Gary, along with their beloved companions, Diesel the dog, and Lilly the cat.
They love going to concerts and eating out when they can. Liz also enjoys going to the gym, and after converting their garage during lockdown, it’s only a short walk to the end of the garden!

Qualifications
Level 3 Certificate in Financial Services
This develops knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry in general, including regulation and legislation, and the fundamental aspects of customer service, administration and marketing in financial services, and key retail investment products.
FP1 (Financial Services and their Regulation)
Assesses an understanding of the financial services industry, including regulation and legislation.
FP2 (Protection, Savings and Investment)
Assesses an understanding of protection, savings and investment products.
FP3 (Identifying and Satisfying Client Needs)
Assesses an understanding of conducting a fact-find, assessing the client’s needs, and recommending specific (appropriate) financial products to meet those needs.
CF1 (UK Financial Services, Regulation and Ethics)
This qualification develops an understanding of the financial services industry, including regulation and legislation.
LP2 (Financial Services Products and Solutions)
This develops knowledge and understanding of customer needs, how financial services professionals and organisations identify and provide for these needs, including an understanding of key retail financial products such as savings, investments and tax wrappers.
