About Dawn's experience
Dawn has been a key part of the team since 2001! So yes, you could say that Dawn has become part of the furniture!
In her daily responsibilities, Dawn ensures everything runs smoothly in the financial planning process. She contacts new clients to e-sign client agreements and does the necessary ID verification checks. When it’s time to implement recommendations, Dawn efficiently coordinates with providers to make sure everything goes as planned, keeping clients updated throughout. If information needs to be gathered on existing products Dawn promptly sends Letters of Authority and works with providers to gather the details quickly.
Away from the office
Dawn and her husband are lucky enough to have a static caravan in north Lincolnshire, which they go to as much as possible.
Dawn is a real bookworm and loves science fiction, fantasy, detective stories and history. Dawn is a keen crafter and spends her free time knitting, crocheting, sewing and making jewellery.

Level 3 Certificate in Financial Services

FP3 (Identifying and Satisfying Client Needs)

LP2 (Financial Services Products and Solutions)
This develops knowledge and understanding of customer needs, how financial services professionals and organisations identify and provide for these needs, including an understanding of key retail financial products such as savings, investments and tax wrappers.
Financial Planning Certificate
A recognition offered by the Chartered Insurance Institute in the United Kingdom. Individuals who hold this qualification have satisfied coursework and testing requirements set by the organisation.
