The price of peace of mind
Enlisting the expertise of a financial planner could potentially be the most transformative decision you’ll ever make. We acknowledge this, so we feel it is only right for you to be aware of how we work together, and the costs involved at the earliest stage.

Initial meeting
No fee
This initial meeting, which is held on the telephone or via Teams, marks the beginning of our journey together and a chance for us to get acquainted. We’ll chat about your goals, explore your current financial landscape, and address any questions or concerns you may have.
Choosing a financial planner is a big step, one that’s made easier when there’s a good connection. It’s important to know we will get along in the long term. Rest assured, there’s no charge for our initial meetings at our office, and there’s no pressure to commit.
Financial planning review
Our fee: £3,000
The next step after our initial meeting is the financial planning review. This service includes:
Information gathering
Once we’ve agreed to work together, we’ll meet again and start talking specifics. We’ll gather as much information as possible about your financial life and talk in detail about your objectives, both of which will help us develop your financial plan. At this stage, we’ll also evaluate your appetite for investment risk.
High-level proposals
We will spend time assessing your situation, looking at existing plans and mapping out potential routes forward. This will be the start of your financial plan. We will invite you to a meeting to discuss this and present the plan using visual financial planning software, making any changes needed.
Detailed proposals in writing
You will receive your financial plan. This will include the risks faced and the costs involved and it should allow you to make an informed decision. We offer a further meeting if needed to discuss any questions and assist with any paperwork.
We invoice for this following delivery of our financial planning report.
Implementation
If you would like us to make specific recommendations to implement your financial plan, we will provide an additional solutions-focused report with specific recommendations, subject to a minimum implementation fee of £1,650.
We recognise that needs vary significantly as investment amounts increase, and we price our implementation and ongoing services based on individual needs for the investment tier of more than £2 million.

We also offer ongoing financial planning and investment management. In keeping with our open and transparent ethos, this can be cancelled at any time without penalty. This service is subject to a minimum annual fee of £1,650.
This service includes:
- Regular review meetings that are a vital part of achieving your objectives.
- Following meetings up with a formal report, providing updates and advice as needed.
- Thorough analysis of your financial situation and objectives to ensure they align effectively.
- Making any necessary changes to your financial plan.
- Regular contact with your financial planner. We are always available, either by email, phone or in person.
